3. Payment Terms

All services are subject to fees as listed on our website, invoice, or agreed upon in writing.

Full payment is required:
IT Support and Consulting: Upon completion of services, unless otherwise agreed.
3.3 Refund Policy:
For IT services, refunds will only be provided if the service was not delivered as agreed.
3.4 Late Payments:
Unpaid invoices beyond 14 days will incur a late fee of 20% per month.
4. Cancelation and Rescheduling
4.1 IT Support and Consulting Services:
- Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
- No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before will be subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of the service fee.
5. Liability
5.1 Limitation of Liability:
- We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or data breach resulting from the misuse of recommendations, tools, or services provided.
- In no event shall our liability exceed the fees paid for the service in question.
5.2 Force Majeure:
- We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, ISP outages, or technical failures.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 All guides, recommendations, and content provided remain our intellectual property.
6.2 You may not copy, distribute, or resell these materials without our written permission.
7. Privacy and Confidentiality

8. Client Responsibility

9. Dispute Resolution
9.1 In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation before pursuing legal action.
